AJC Appeal Audition II
Date: 15 January 2010, Friday
Time: ~~1730 - 2000~~
1000 - 1300
Venue: AJC Band Room (1st floor)

NOTE: You only have to attend ONE audition.

Please prepare the following for the auditions:
1.) Scales (2 octaves if applicable)
2.) Sight Reading
3.) 1 prepared piece (not more than 5 minutes)

Documents to bring for the auditions:
1.) Appeal application form (obtainable from General Office on the day of audition)
2.) CCA Records
3.) Results Slip (Sec 4 Mid Year, Prelim and O level)
4.) Other supporting documents (e.g. testimonials, certificates, etc.)

IMPORTANT: PHOTOCOPIED DOCUMENTS ONLY. DO NOT GIVE US YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS!
